Yahoo! It was snowing at 6:30 this morning and it is still snowing and steady. It is a wet snow and has added about 3-4 inches down here at the Inn, snow ploughs are out on the highway. It is supposed to snow 15cm to day and 15cm tomorrow.Tim from "Over The Top Rentals" was down the Flathead playing in and around McClatchie and said it was great early season riding. Better yet...nobody else around - had it to himself. I would not hesitate to say to drive 3hrs to ride here - again - early season riding. Beware standing your sled up cause when it comes down the base is not going to protect you from that stump or rock - Trent at Walt Healy in Calgary can attest to that after having a bunch of sleds back from Revy in for repairs from encounters such as that. Get your snow legs, get your tuning down and then when the big pow hits you'll be first tracks!
